One fact about our community was very important for our success in operating the WarmupServers for such a long time: The passionate Counter-Strike players value quality way more than the average gamer. So, we are selling VIP for nearly 10 years successfully and we're having a solid business model. Since a few years "moving forward" has slowed down a little bit due to multiple unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances. This shall be over now and this is your chance for joining a solid business with a huge start-up mentality. Not any Start-Up... a Gaming-Start-Up!

On the one hand, the gaming industry, particularly the online gaming industry, is a tough business. For example, we are getting attacked frequently with different methods like specific DDoS attacks that made us collect 10 Mio IP addresses, paid cheaters making servers unplayable or lately by cheating GPU bots with real Steam accounts using highly customized methods. While being really annoying, those attacks taught us a lot an made us stronger as well.
On the other hand, this is a highly attractive business with a lot of joy and fun. With our skills and experience, a little infrastructure (like we've got already) and your awesome help f.e. as a developer it's possible to generate value relatively quickly and increase the income. So, this portal was especially created because we need your help in case your values align with our values.
With these videos we are trying to be more transparent for everyone interested. We believe this is the best way to find a match – not only we choose you, you choose us too!
Hiring is very important and therefore we're putting as much effort and love into it as into our CS2 Deathmatch Servers.
We're not doing this job mainly for the money. We love what we do and we hope to find someone who's feeling the same way. Money has never been a good motivation to create something huge.
But of course you can earn money with us. Especially if you are external freelancer you don't need to join our vision. You can simply upload your price and offer here as well.
But everybody else who wants to join the team should share our vision of creating and working together.
